Account & Access Management

Inside your VantaTools dashboard, you will find a list of your apps. Some will feature direct login buttons via our secure portal, while others will provide designated usernames and passwords.
No. Modifying passwords, profiles, or billing settings on the shared agency accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension from VantaTools without a refund.
To keep prices incredibly low, access is provided through shared enterprise or agency "seats." We carefully manage the user-to-seat ratio to ensure you never experience downtime.

No. Your VantaTools account is tied to your IP address and device footprint. Sharing your login with non-household members triggers our anti-fraud system and suspends the account.
Because these are enterprise seats, they operate separately from your personal emails. You cannot merge personal watchlists, files, or histories into the bundled accounts.
Simply ignore it. Our systems manage the subscriptions on the backend. If you lose premium features, open a ticket so our team can refresh the agency seat.
The Business & AI tools are fully intended for your freelance or agency work! However, reselling access to the accounts themselves is strictly banned.

The gaming bundles focus on PC gaming passes, cloud gaming tools, and premium gamer networking tools. Console-specific network passes (like PS Plus) are generally not included.
Because the education tools are accessed via a shared seat, course progress and certificates will not be issued in your personal name. They are meant for pure knowledge acquisition.

Yes. To ensure fair use for all members on the enterprise seats, extreme bulk usage of AI tokens may be temporarily throttled. Standard daily workflow usage will never be affected.
We love community suggestions! Send an email to support@vantatools.com with your request. If enough users want it, we will secure an enterprise deal for it.
We strive to keep the lineup consistent. If a third-party app abruptly changes its enterprise terms, we may have to swap it out, but we will always replace it with an equal or better alternative.

Troubleshooting & Support

First, check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it's not there after 10 minutes, you may have made a typo during checkout. Contact support to have it resent.
Screen limits occasionally hit capacity during peak hours. Usually, waiting 5-10 minutes resolves this. If it persists, hit the "Refresh Seat" button in your dashboard.
Because our enterprise accounts span multiple regions to ensure 100% uptime, an app might default to Spanish or German. Simply change the language back to English in the app's player settings.

We provide support to ensure you can *access* and log into the tools. We do not provide tutorials or software-specific technical support for how to use the individual apps.
Suspensions occur for three reasons: a failed monthly payment, detecting login sharing across multiple IPs, or attempting to change the password on a provided enterprise seat.
